Are your cleaners vetted and background-checked?

Every Alpha Elite cleaner goes through a thorough hiring process that includes identity verification, background screening, and in-person interviews before they ever enter a client’s home or office. We only bring on people we would trust in our own homes — and we hold our team to that standard every single day.
Who will be cleaning my home?
Your home will be cleaned by a trained, full-time Alpha Elite professional — not a contractor or a third party. We carefully select every member of our team for their reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism. We also do our best to send you the same cleaner on each visit so they get to know your space and preferences over time.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all — that’s entirely your preference. Many of our clients provide access arrangements and go about their day while we work. Whatever you’re most comfortable with, we’ll accommodate. All access details are handled securely and treated with complete confidentiality.
Will I get the same cleaner every visit?
We make every effort to send the same cleaner each time, especially for recurring clients. Consistency matters to us as much as it does to you. On the rare occasion a different team member is assigned, they will have full access to your preferences and cleaning notes to ensure the same standard is maintained.
Will the initial cleaning take longer than usual?
Yes, typically. The first visit allows our team to bring your space fully up to Alpha Elite’s standard and to learn the specific needs of your home. Subsequent cleans are generally quicker because the foundation has already been established. We’ll let you know in advance what to expect.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
We stand behind every clean with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If anything was missed or didn’t meet your expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the relevant areas — completely free of charge. Your satisfaction is not just a promise; it’s our policy.
What if something gets damaged during a clean?
This is rare, but we handle it with complete transparency when it does happen. If anything is accidentally damaged during a visit, we will notify you promptly and take full responsibility for resolving it. Our team is trained to handle your belongings with care, but accidents can occasionally happen — and when they do, we own it.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No — we bring everything. Alpha Elite arrives fully equipped with all the professional-grade products and tools needed to complete your clean. You don’t need to provide a thing. If you have specific product preferences or sensitivities, simply let us know when booking and we’ll accommodate where possible.
How do I pay for my cleaning?
Payment is due at the time of service. We’ll confirm the payment method and process when you book. All pricing is transparent and agreed upfront — there are no surprise charges or hidden fees.
Do you offer recurring cleaning schedules?
Yes. We offer flexible recurring cleaning plans — daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — tailored to your home or business.
